ABOUT US
My wife and I both had the priviledge of being raised in Christian homes. I was saved at the age of 5 and my wife was saved at the age of 13.
I am originally from Eden, NC, but I grew up in Greenville, SC under the ministry of Dr. Harold B. Sightler at Tabernacle Baptist Church.
My wife was born and raised in Buffalo, NY.
My wife was actively involved teaching Sunday School, working with her Mother's inner-city bus ministry, door-knodking, music ministry, and also taught 1st and 2nd grade the year before we were married.
God miraculously brought my wife and I together. We were each determined to wait for the Lord's timing and had just reached the point of being content being single, when Pastor Neisen, my wife's pastor, came up to preach in my Dad's church. He said he had a young lady in his church that he wanted me to meet. I am forever grateful for he and my Dad being instrumental in God's plan for our lives. We were married June 29, 1996.
After marrying and settling in Oshawa, we went on to help in my Father's church as well as three other "pioneer" church plants in Southern Ontario.
In 2002, God blessed us with the precious and priceless gift of our daughter, Abigail Rose.

My parents were called to be missionaries to Canada, so I came with them to Oshawa, Ontario when I was 12 years old. Through my Family's ministry I was able to experience church planting from the ground up, and I was able to be involved in soulwinning, songleading, preaching, bus ministry, vacation bible school and building renovation projects.
