OPERATION CARE PACKAGE
We are not just looking for monetary support - we are also looking for churches or families who would like to be more personally involved with us as your missionaries. This is why "Operation Care Package" was created. By getting more churches, families, and individuals involved sending us care packages, it greatly reduces the amount of monthly support we need to raise (since food costs approximately 3 times what it costs in your town). The care package is filled with things that you will know that we really need, and it will be very special for us to receive your package, and with it, the love that it is packed with.
If you or your church (Ladies Group, Sunday School Class, Youth Group, etc) would be willing to send us a care package once a year (or more if you would like to) please contact us. If you will tell us which package(s) you are interested in sending, we can tell you what month we need you to send us your particular care package. We can email or send you a postcard to remind you the month before your care package needs to be mailed.
* We plan to arrive in Dillingham in late August - so if you would like to send your first care package out around the 1st of August, we would then have food and supplies waiting for our arrival. *

Some things to remember:
Unless a specific brand is mentioned, brand names don't matter to us.
Please make sure any bottled items are plastic and are wrapped in plastic bags to avoid leakage during shipping (taping the caps shut will also help)
Keep your liquid items under 24 ounces (postal regulations)
Do not bother sending anything "Priority" or "Express" mail. It will not matter - it will probably not get to us faster, and it is an extra expense for you.
Parcel Post can be used for a package of any size weighing as much as 70 pounds. When you add the length and width around the largest part, it must be no more than 130 inches

Individually wrapped candy and chewing gum, mini candy bars
